The pool which does not use chlorine is easily serviced. There is also an area to house the pump beneath the pool.

Below the three main bedroom suites there is an exceptionally large utility/laundry room as well as a fully furnished large office. This space has been designed so that it could be converted to two further suites each with a view. To the side of the utility room and office is a grassed area which could be used as a private terrace. There is a garden area to the rear of the property.

There is a very large enclosed garage and back up water system. All buildings have p.v.c. guttering and 220 voltage.
